On Windows, add your 4K video, select MP4 and Max 1080p, then choose a target size. On macOS, choose Compress Video → Custom Size and the maximum 1080p option. The output keeps its aspect ratio; portrait videos may have different dimensions.

For a decimal 2 GB limit, enter 2000 MB as your custom target. ConvertRight checks that the completed video is below your selected limit. The achievable quality depends on duration and content. Keep enough free disk space for the source, temporary files and output.
